The Shallow End Cast, Film Nominated for IndieWorks Best of Fest Awards

The Shallow End was nominated for four awards at IndieWorks' 7th Annual Best of Fest, which begins today. The New York City-based IndieWorks is holding Best of Fest as an online event this year.

Nominated for "Best Ensemble" are The Shallow End cast members Zoe Wilson, Zoe Manarel, Sanai James, Parker Winston, and Trevor Brooks. The short film also earned nominations for the Golden Whiskers Award (best film), "Best Director" (Cynthia Silver) and "Best Editing" (Will Mayo).

The Shallow End won IndieWorks' Silver Whiskers Award in November 2019, which made the film eligible for this competition. The Best of Fest plays April 21 through April 25.
